It is estimated that the building was built in the 1950s. It has been used for residential purposes. The two-storey building is in the traditional Turkish house plan type, with a sofa inside, the staircase is at the bottom of the sofa, and the rooms are located on both sides. The outer walls of the building are in the wooden frame system, the filling material is brick and the inner walls are made of bagdadi. The foundation is masonry stone. The interior and exterior of the building are plastered. Its roof is in the hipped system and is covered with Marseille type tiles.
